ABC Procession success

Wednesday 11th of September 2013

ABC celebrated success in the 2013 Lord Mayors Procession by donating our cash prize to local charity Leeway.
We came an impressive 2nd position out of 63 floats and were rewarded with a £200 cheque for our efforts.

ABC have been working closely with Leeway and did not hesitate awarding the charity, who deal with domestic abuse in Norfolk, their winnings.

The day was a huge success, with members of the ABC team spending months preparing the Circus Carnival themed float and they fully deserved their podium finish.

Steve Walker led the way, dedicating hours and hours of his time creating accessories, props and costumes for the float, assisted by Terri Amos and Debbie Roberts organising the rest of the event.

Over 20 members of the team took part on the day and all deserve credit for the success.
Team ABC will next be seen in a couple of weeks at the UEA Freshers fair. This time, dressed as Harry Potter and co…

Director Paul Walker said “We are extremely pleased that the efforts of our staff have paid off and we were awarded 2nd place. Not only was it a fantastic day, it turned out to be a great success with every staff member enjoying the atmosphere and vibe that the procession creates. We are going to aim for 1st place next year!
